Lori, Jennifer, and Carolina in the Engineering are a pleasure to work with. I needed an encroachment permit. I found them to be solution focused, customer oriented and fast. They were really easy to approach, and work with. I got everything done over email. Only had to come to the office to pay and collect my permit. Thank you ladies :)

They're a freakin joke... They are so full of it...try and try to work on getting permits and they just keep putting obstacles up... That's why people just do the work and not want to deal with the city
