Hands down the worst customer service by the Pharmacist I have ever experienced! As a dental professional who has called in hundreds of prescriptions over 20+ years, I was rudely hung up on after giving the pharmacist the information necessary to fill a RX for a patient. A little phone etiquette and simple manners can go a long way when you are trying to encourage people to use your services!! Do not and will not ever recommend Smokey Point Rite Aid Pharmacy.

They keep losing my monthly prescription I switch back to Bartell drugs.

nice open 24 7 and security and always very nice although pharmacy is very slowwww,if need prescription and hour wait or less to people who are on prescription drugs payroll type mind,but if have emergency wait an hour as it's emergency hello!!!!step up 2 minutes but no suffer while waiting and wait an hour or more careless if emergency jerk Asian guy there,fire him
