We highly recommend Brad from PMI Riverside. Brad has been professional and easy to work with. He is attentive when it comes to answering phone calls and consistently responded to our many questions. He was supportive when we needed guidance and always returned phone calls. In addition, we found Brad to be very organized as he rented our property very quickly and for top dollar. More importantly, PMI Riverside used discernment in carefully selecting a well qualified tenant. We found Brad to be well prepared to face all of the legal issues involved in renting a home. We especially appreciated how Brad made the process smooth and drama free. Brad showed the home to qualified tenants, provided us with the appropriate legal documents and completed the very detailed walk-through. If you need someone to take all of the details out of your hands and guide you through this process at a very fair fee, PMI Riverside is the company for you.

Brad have been absolutely amazing, It have been three years after he taking over three of our property. I don't have to worried about a single thing since he take over. The company I have used in the past was absolutely horrible. Brad really showed me how the management should be done and conduct. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM, If you are a property owner and need some one to manage it and want to be to worry free. HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB! Amazing GUY!

Brad is a fantastic property manger and individual. An old school guy with an easy going flare and attitude. Attentive, reliable, and overall great customer service. He is a great medium between you(tenant) and the landlord in communicating anything relating to the home. When calling PMI Riverside make sure to ask for Brad! Great guy!

Brad is an awesome manager. Anything we needed fixed or looked into he did it in a quick and timely manner. He was easy to get in contact with through the portal and over the phone. Never met a manager who goes above and beyond for the tenants like brad does. We would definitely love to work with him again.

Brad Allen is professional. As a tenant I can’t say enough about this company. I’ve been a renter for almost three years, never had an issue.nWhen I contacted Brad for an issue last year, he contacted me immediately.nWe had a walk through recently, he was on time, courteous and professional.
