Saturday after xmas 12:30 in the afternoon only 2 employees on. Asked for a foot measurement from a guy named Kenny . After waiting 10 minutes he quickly slapped down a foot pad quoted a size that was nowhere near my kids foot. Told her lift her foot after literally 1 minute so he could collect the measurement device and walked off. Terrible service we left to go to Van's and get an accurate measurement and service

Worst customer service iv have ever experienced. Ordered shoes that were not in Stock and I did not get them until a month later. I was never informed on the Status of my shoes and I was never called when my shoes arrived. I, a customer, kept calling in order to find out what was going on. Customers are main priority, which I never felt.
