Horrible!!!! Horrible service!! Manger at this store Bes has horrible customer service. I will never do business here. Shoes not worn but tried on are in perfect condition she considered warn and would not give a refund only because my son said I tried them on. Now I have to deal with their corporate office and customer service.
Bought my husband a pair of Nike Air max 270 He usually wears a size 10 but for some reason the shoes run small so I had to return the shoes twice to get his size 2nd time they didn’t have it so they shipped it to my house which was great. So glad companies like this have a great management team to make your visit to their stores easy Christian was a great help Footaction is lucky him!nnud83dudc4eud83cudffbUpdated: These shoes after a VERY short time the white cloth area of the shoe turns a yellow color and the shoes look old and run down looking because of that very fast! If you haven't read my reviews for the stores at the Tyler Mall, you're missing out! The Christmas Eve adventure continues, with my daughter. We enter Footaction, unsure about our purchase, when Christian steps in to assist, and prevent my daughter from purchasing the wrong thing. Again, this patient salesman was knowledgeable, creative, and had a great personality! Nike slides was the foot item of choice. Stop by Footaction and see Christian. I am confident he can assist with any shoe shopping needs you may have!
Friendly staff and a good selection of sneakers at descent price (I caught a pair on sale )
Found the Converse high to shoes here my grandson wanted and with his grade point average he definitely deserved them and what ever else he wanted for school clothes by carrying a 3.8 to 4.0 for the past Jr and senior high school!!!
