The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help find what you need. The store can feel cluttered at times and can get messy during their better sales as some customers just have no care. This is the only time I truly appreciate the Covid rules...the maximum occupancy. It's been nice having fewer people in the store at one time because space is so limited in this tiny but full location.
I love Torrid. Beautiful clothes for both young and not so young. The girls are just so sweet.
Those girls in their Rock I will go back that was my first time in torrid and I will go back definitely.
I never write reviews for stores but here we go,nnI was hesitant going in alone cause I know how overwhelming it can be buying something for your significant other. The people there were really friendly and helpful, the one that was extremely helpful was Madison, she showed me where I could find some earrings and other accessories for my girlfriend and she even helped me pick a pair! Not only that, she told me about the Torrid Credit Card and I got approved! Outstanding customer service, very big smile and extremely helpful. 10/10 I will definitely be shopping there again! Thank you Madison for your hospitality and making me feel welcomed into the store!
Expensive! Most of the clothing doesn't last long, even when I take great care in washing or dry cleaning accordingly. Jewelry is cheap and turns my skin green within hours. Underwear not worth it, falls apart, rips, tears easily, especially if there's any lace in the material.nnBUT, I will give credit where it's due: I've shopped at different southern California Torrid locations since 2000. I have bought jeans, boots, jackets, shoes and various other clothing items that were good quality, worth the price and lasted a long time. But that was in the '00's, and there has been a noticeable drop in product quality in the last decade.
