Went to return a pair for a friend and wasn’t able to return them because they had been worn. Instead of telling me nicely this employee gave me an attitude and raised her voice. Horrible customer service, go someplace else !
Terrible service oak west 4 stores down is way better
Called to have some boots placed on hold, was told that they would hold them all day till closing time, call 3 hours before closing to let them know I was on my way to pick them up and the girl said they had already sold them, wth?? NOT COOL, will never spend money there, bad customer service!
Very good shoe store with good selection from a number of top manufacturers including Doc Marten, Sperry, Birkenstock, Vans and more. Very helpful staff, quick knowledgable service
I think i bought my skat board here i think....could of been onA vans store probably was a vans store yup it was definitely a vans store sorry. Im sure this is an awesome skate shop to.
