Really love this place theres so any clothes to choose from and the staff is great
On December 19th at around 12pm I experienced a female associate greeting two separate Caucasian shoppers and when she saw my sister and I she just turned around and walked away. We also weren’t the only Hispanic shoppers she did that to. Another Hispanic family walked in and the associate walked past them without greeting them or asking if they needed any help. Goes to show not a everyone is able to work in customer service.

Associates are always friendly. They dont just ring your items up. They try to engage in conversation with their customers and I find myself walking out in a good mood.The apparel is tasteful. Yeah, it's a little pricey but they have some killer sales.
Don't ever go to this Tilly's they have bad customer service I bought a sweater and it had a rip so I tried to return it but they said I could only get store credit so I said ok but then the manager came and said I couldn't get store credit nore return it and I just bought it last week so to all just go to a different store to not get screwed.
