Bauman's Ace Hardware

I love this place! Staff is always very friendly and very helpful! They have a big selection of construction supplies along with household supplies. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Unbelievable that's really nice cute cool things are you no overpriced of course I was putting things in my car and then a gentleman kept referring me up to the front and I wasn't even done shopping first thing he told my friend to please leave the backpack her backpack at the door so she did and he continue to follow us around through the whole store constantly asking a question and just being annoying. I asked him where the electronic igniters for the BBQs were and he said they didn't carry him and I'm so I told that to my daughter on the phone and she said no there on the back wall I went over the back wall and there they were they did carry him he lied to me and I told him he had some back there and he said Oh! Then he proceeded to have a handbasket in his hand and took my car and put my products in a handbasket for me to carry a basket instead of pushing one to the front didn't even let me add anything to see what I wanted and what I didn't want. They're very rude I've been in construction I've had my I had my own construction company for 8 years and never once was I treated it like this at any other hardware store Lowe's home Depot anywhere. I may not purchase and tell her I was I was looking for my friend because I was buying going to check on a can opener she charged me to 9915 opener well that's my friend she didn't need it so I sent it to get returned and I told my friend it was non-refundable I don't they didn't tell me was non-refundable when I purchase it and they sure took my money for it so if the purpose I needed it for wasn't being used for that purpose why can't I return it I was not informed this is nowhere on anything is it non-refundable just by mouth the store is judgmental and Vogue I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureaunI wouldn't go to this store again if my life depended on it and if you don't want to go through a similar situation I wouldn't advise or you go back to it either find another store price-wise and customer service both bite the big one

Helpful customer service. The floor employees personally walked me to every item that I was unable to locate. The store reminds me of my childhood Ace that I would visit with my dad and grandpa. I really enjoy coming here to pick up supplies when I am helping my daughter and son-in-law with their house projects/repairs.

Well I found everything I needed. Myself. But that's okay I'm not helpless.ud83dude01 Anyways,..Baumans Ace is the closest hardware store in this part of Riverside ,so it comes in very handy. Thanks Baumans for always being there when I need to make a quick stop for something I really need.
