The Photography Museum is my favorite section in the center. It's got more to look at compared to the other sections. Since it's ran by UCR, you'll see students working there. Admission is free for college students, and free every first Thursday of the month for Art Walk.

This is a wonderful resource for my college photography students. We take a field trip here every semester. The show's are always challenging and inspiring and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The students especially love the camera obscure upstairs.

It was very clean. Some areas the paint job is bad. Basement bathrooms smell like pee. But beside that they have a good photography collection. And if you into to cameras and photography i highly recommend it.

Well worth the money! There are three floors of photography with different subject matter—war, landscapes, portraits, etc,. You also get to learn about the history of photography. And there’s modern art too. I’m definitely coming back.
