This place is so bad I wouldn't recommend no one going here!! They lose my information twice also charged me with a dental bill that I never had done... was suppose to call me regarding my dental services and the charges never called me I had to keep calling them im definitely calling corporate they should not be running a business with people personal information losing it thats crazy....God luck with this place bad experience ud83dude4f

I’ve came here for literally everything, simple cleanings to my wisdom teeth and now my braces. Besides hitting the jackpot where you don’t have to be referred everywhere for different things ... their staff is amazing!! You get an all in 1 package & the staff carrying the establishment is always so so nice & professional, from billing setting me up easily with fair pricing to now going regularly for my Ortho check ups with Dr. Jeremy Chau & his lovely assistant Patricia! I love seeing them in the morning! Dr. Chau has literally walked me through my process and already shown me amazing progress in my smile with the assistance of Patricia that is amazing to work with. I’m thankful for this place, their staff & Dr Chau, forever have my referral. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dr. Ton and his entire team at Mira Loma Smiles are AMAZING! My husband had an emergency during the night and not only was the after hours staff very thorough but we got a call back from Dr. Ton in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Ton was on the phone with us for quite some time discussing what the issue was and providing a remedy to hold my husband over until first thing in the morning when he was asked to come in. Dr. Ton even checked back in with us for a quick follow up after our initial call. Also with Covid-19 being a reality, going to any type of appointment can be unnerving but again Dr. Ton and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that they were appropriately geared with the proper Personal Protective Equipment which made my husband very comfortable. Then there is Dr. Ton's bedside manner, it is outstanding! He is very gentle and understanding of the pain you are in. He does not rush procedures and will make sure you have as much time as needed to numb up prior to him starting. His demeanor is very calming which I find to be extremely important. I had a history of having severe dental anxiety when I first got to Dr. Ton. During my first appointment he was able to relax me and 10yrs later they are still by far my favorite office. My family has been going to Mira Loma Smiles for years; my only regret is that this review didn't come sooner.

This office is AWESOME!! They are “ALL” patient, kind, knowledgeable and Professional!! The Dr.’s have the BEST Bed side manner! They have truly impressed me with their detailed explanations and courtesy with myself and my daughter!! I highly recommend this dental practice!! They are really wonderful!!

The dental assistant Nicole was so nice and was very gentle and quick with my x-rays. Jessica the Hygienist was very thorough and caring while completing my exam. Dr. Wissa is an amazing doctor. She let me know where I could improve with my home care, as I wasn't being as good as I thought. Highly recommend anyone to come to this office. The entire staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have referred family and friends to this office already.
