So I had my bracelet which I really loved. Great quality and awesome colors. I had the unfortunate event of the elastic breaking causing all the beads to fall and some get lost. I contacted the seller and to my surprise he said send it back and he will fix it. WOW what great customer service. I will definitely suggest and buy from Novalo again. Thank you so much.

I couldn’t be happier with my ring!!! Novem does AMAZING work!!!!!!!!! He’s so detailed, professional, respectful, efficient, communicative, trustworthy, honest, and I could literally go on forever. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with something so valuable. He’s incredibly awesome!!!!!!!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend over and over again!!!!!

I got a white diamond embedded in a carbon fiber inly tungsten wedding band ring from Novalo collection and I loved it! I love the collections, very elegant and affordable. Highly recommended!
