One of the worse treatment that a client can have! They REALLY need to work on Customer Service and work on giving accurate information to the people when it comes about to guide a person regarding Inmigration subjects., (Is better to go to the USCIS website and check for yourself requirements&informations you are looking for to make sure you provide what you need). Lack of professionalism and long hours on waiting besides the coffee you need to bring them in order to get an assistance with them. They also should work in manners since they barely let you speak or talk about your situation knowing that is common to have questions about forms etc. They might be working on Inmigration process for more than 20 years but more than 20 years doing it wrong! You need people that care about your needs not just robots inhuman that forget about Manners and good customer services, finally I have to say that not even for free would leave a process in the hands of this organization.

My husband and I are so thankful for Mr Kler Karan. He helped us with all questions and paperwork that we had. He was always answering my phones and messages. He checked my case every single time when I asked him to do it. I got super fast my green card and citizenship. Thanks Mr Kler I was sure that everything is right and in order. To be honest I think his prices are ok. Be careful with the main head of this business they will ask for $500 fee to start a petition without not knowing all the info about the case with out any contact and won't start anything and if you tell him you'll take him to court he says do it with a arrogant manner.

First impression, I thought he was crazy. Then the more he helped my wife and me through the immigration process I quickly learned he knew exactly what he was talking about, knew the process inside & out, and cared deeply about us as people. He is honest, straightforward, and extremely competent. He was not money hungry and we never felt pressured. His prices were more than fair. As unconventional as Karan Kler is, I would recommend him without reservation. Do I still think he is crazy, absolutely! He is crazy good!!
