Complete disappointment...nI purchased a pair of diabetic shoes in November for my father. We private paid to avoid the lengthy time with insurance. We were told it was going to be 3 weeks which is a long time, however it would be ok since we would get them in time for Christmas. We were told we would be notified once they came in. Since no one bothered to call, I reached out to them to follow up on our order and was told they would not be ready for another week or so making it 5 weeks before we got them past Christmas day.
Was helped wright away be texnishion Frank very professional and slove problem in a timely manner am very HAPPY with customer service I recieved would be glad to refer Alcam medical to any one with these tipe of problems
I fractured 4 ribs & I was ordered a support rap for my ribs & its been 3 weeks, no courtous phone calls NOTHING! I was told at my appt it would be ordered within 5 days, I'm very disappointed w this company.
Fantastic crew. I have used these guys for the last 4 years and have yet to be disappointed. Great service with affordable pricing. Gloria really goes out of her way for us.
