A small mobile home park with many vintage units. Well managed and maintained.
They don’t manage the place properly. Creepy people coming in and out with no security. Druggie staff. A shell of its former self. I do not recommend staying here. The management is lackluster to say the least.

This place is super freaking cute! Names of the roads are named after planets. Well kept living area. And maintained driving surfaces.nDidnt get to spend enough time here to be able to provide a more full and complete description. But I will say that I would live here.
We stayed here for just under 3 months and loved it. We had to relocate to escape the heat but we definitely will be back to visit! The price was great, location is awesome and management laid back and easy to work with!
