My 1st and initial visit went very well. Efficient and courteous staff. Adhering to recommended COVID guidelines.nnOutline of needed procedures and costs were explained and copy given to me.nnI felt the costs, less my insurance coverage, were in line with the industry.nnThe true test will be the outcome of the procedures in a few weeks but I am feeling confident they will go well.

My family and I are avid clean teeth people. We go to the dentist every 6 months on schedule. Unfortunately, our insurance changed and we were forced to leave our dentist of almost 15 years. So, we tried Bright Now! Dental. Stay away from these people!!! They have very shady practices. There were 3 of us that made appointments over a few day period and saw Dr. Nissan. Every single one of us was told we needed fillings done, deep cleaning and/or unnecessary surgeries ALL of them expensive up charges. For example, it was recommended that my son have his wisdom teeth pulled. I was fine with the recommendation until they told me that he could not have the procedure done unless we paid for bone grafts. They wanted $500 per bone graft and refused to do the surgery if we didn't do the bone grafts. Bone grafts are highly unusual for pulling wisdom teeth and are mostly used for people who are going to be receiving implants. My spouse was told they needed 6 cavities filled otherwise they wouldn't do a teeth cleaning. The funny thing is he initially told them their teeth looked fabulous. So what is it? Fabulous teeth or full of cavities? The list just goes on. Needless to say, Bright Now! Dental are crooks. I have NEVER encountered a dentist that holds teeth cleanings hostage if you don't pay for their up-sell services. What a disgrace to the profession! Thank goodness my old dentist could confirm my suspicions.

New to the area. I was very nervous. The dentist and staff are amazing. Made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. Needed a crown replaced and it could not have gone any smoother. Highly recommend this office.

Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. My 5year old was treated well. They tell him what they will be doing and reassure him everything will be ok and after every visit they give him a little prize bag full of goodies like stickers and toys along with a tooth brush and tooth paste.

So happy I got a consistent excellent , great attitude, dentist And hygienist one who’s not looking to rip you off and add things that you don’t need
