I walked in pretty close to their closing time so it wasn’t busy, but everyone was still very kind. The guy at the front handled some paperwork with me and I went back shortly after that. The girl I was with when I went back was quick and efficient. Overall great experience.

three-4 hour wait for a urine test for a new job. I can understand if it was completely packed but there is only 10 people in the waiting room that were doing the exact same thing. I was told to use the restroom if I can't hold it any longer. No one should have to wait 3-4 hrs to take a basic urine test.

The physical therapists at this location are amazing! They are so sweet, caring and gentle. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I arrive for my appointments. If at anytime I'm uncomfortable or hurting, they check in and help me out!

I never write posts, but have to post how horrible my experience was. I was a walk in but did not expect to wait 5 hours being that I walked in at the time the place opened. Others who walked in at the time For the same screenings for new employment were taking 1 hour to complete these exams that should have taken a few minutes as it should be a quick screening for employment there not our primary physicians. There were people waiting outside of the hall needing the actual urgent care service with canes, limping, and older individuals and had no choice but to stand outside of the lobby for several hours until they are called in. I understand many places have wait times but am not sure why the office would not be forth coming and share that there was only 1 doctor available seeing scheduled appointments and walk in’s. Even appointments were waiting outside of the lobby for long periods of time. I wish my employer did not use this company and will provide feedback to them on the un- professionalism of their poor time management and poor staffing as no one should have to wait this excessive amount of time to be seen.

I had to wait for 2.5 hour just for a DOT Physical. If it wasn't for the fact that this is where the company sent me I would have left. I have had the same experience each year I have to renew and I hate this clinic. I have asked the company to find me somewhere else but there isn't another one close to me. I'm even thinking of leaving the job because of who they use for there service. This clinic has very poor service. The staff talks amongst themselves and ignore the patients as if it doesn't matter like they got time to kill and your day doesn't matter to them
