Rancho Dental Group

This is the best dental office I ever been to.nEvery one that works there are super nice never rude & never a long wait I pretty much get called in right at my appt time. The Dentist are so nice & knows what they are doing.

Realy rude secretary at front desk!! Long long wait time, arrived on time and sat there for hours, terrible service. Stay away from this place!!!! Rude unprofessional secretary arguing with customers asking for wait time....

Stay away from this place. I had been taking Motrin for a week for tooth pain since I'm diabetic I requested antibiotics...they said I didn't need it that I'm to continue motrin for pain. Can you imagine being on 800 mg motrin 3x daily for pain for more than 2 weeks straight? I ended up getting a sinus infection, went to my doctor thank God because I got prescribed antibiotics and my tooth pain magically went away! I no longer needed motrin. Then my kids went to have fillings done. They complained about the pain afterwards which can be normal but not a month later still complaining. My kids have high pain tolerance so I complained to front office gal. She didn't seem to care. She got defensive and rude. The new dentist I found ICSmiles or something like that is way much more professional and nice. My kids which are teens were amazed on how nice and honest staff was. The new dentist said my daughters fillings that were done 6 weeks ago were sticky! Really horrible job Rancho Dental group had done. It's a shame because I don't lie and wouldn't complain if they had done their job correctly. *plus they double, triple book or more...last time both my kids had appt at 2 along with 3 other patients. Smh And my daughters friends go to Rancho Dental group for their braces and the brackets are always coming loose! Horrible place, sorry I do not recommend and had to give only 1 star because I couldn't give negative stars...

I took my three kids to Rancho Dental today. I seen a review from 7 months ago. Being that all other places I found online have reviews from 3-4 years ago, I'd decided to go with this one. (nobody leaves reviews anymore) I called to schedule the appointments, and informed them that I have a 2 year old going in for his first visit, they had assured me that they have a specialist that is good with kids.nnWe got there 10 mins before appt time, I started filling out paper work. Before I could finish the paperwork, they started calling the kids in one at a time. All three kids were in a chair within 15 mins of stepping foot in the door!nnMy girls (ages 11 & 12) never really liked going to the dentist, however, they came out of the dentist with a smile on their faces! They both said the girl who cleaned their teeth was really nice!nnI've got to admit, I expected more of a fuss from my 2 year old, but the x-ray tech, the Dentist, and the dental assistant were all patient with him! They sat him in the chair, and put cartoons on for him! I think I enjoyed their experience more then they did!nnHIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN!!!!!!

I LOVE THE WAY THEY WORK THEY GET YOU IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MATTER AND THE BEST THING ABOUT IT IS THAT THE MEDICAL CLINIC IS JUST NEXT DOOR TO THEM I TAKE BOTH OF MY CHILDREN TO BOTH RANCH MEDICAL AND RANCHO DENTAL CLINIC I LVE IT AND ITS SUPER CLEAN AND STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND NICE
