From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with amazing customer service. The ladies that checked me in was so professional. The wait time was short. My X-ray were quick and the service was exceptional. The Dentist, was informative, understanding, and made me feel comfortable. What an amazing experience for a person that is not a fan of going to the dentist. My smile is beautiful because of you! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Dreadful. Get your teeth serviced where there’s better customer service. If the receptionist is that bad imagine the kind of shoddy work someone there might do in your mouth. Yikes. The receptionist in this office is brash and uses unprofessional language that comes across as condescending and rude. During my wait to be seen, the woman at the desk loudly told two other customers that they maxed out their policy and needed to pay. She and another employee then engaged in a loud non work related conversation behind the desk. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time without being seen and when I finally couldn’t wait any longer I asked to reschedule and the woman at the desk aggressively told me that the doctor could finally see me now. Mind you, I was professional, respectful and kind to this woman despite how flippant and uncaring she was to me and the other patients I saw her interact with. After my appointment she told me how much I would have to pay in a tone that suggested I couldn’t afford it. She added afterward that there are payment plans... I called the office a few days later to reschedule my follow-up appointment and got more of the same loud disrespect being talked over and not listened to. Every single request I had was met with impatient sighs and the woman talking over me before she even listened to hear what I was asking. Finally I just canceled my appointment and asked her to close my account and delete my phone number and email from their system. The woman said she couldn’t do that. Every request I had was insurmountable and I was not listened to or respected. All I need is a few fillings and a cap or two for which I am happy to pay... but not to these people.

I recently moved back to Moreno Valley and needed a dentist. I switched to Bright Now Dental after reading their positive reviews online. They did not disappoint. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. Leticia is friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to ensure that every patient is taken care of and happy. Dr Sharma and his assistant Carmen performed a root canal and installed my crown. They were very accommodating, and did a great job. I also saw Laura the hygienist who performed a deep cleaning. She was gentle, quick, kind and gave great recommendations for continued preventative care. Again, I highly recommend Bright Now Dental in Moreno Valley off of Moreno Beach. They have set the bar high.

Very unprofessional at this location. I don’t know how many times I had to call them just to try to get information on what’s going on with my case. Was always told they’d call me later with info. but they never did. There’s zero communication. I got no work done at all at my first appointment and then on my second appointment I had an outrageous amount of cavities done without even being told before hand. Again zero communication. Yeah I was told I had cavities but never how many. I honestly don’t even believe I had that many... could’ve just been an attempt to drain my insurance. Don’t even get me started on the actual work too... worst fillings ever. I have chronic pain now because of them. I can’t eat anything too hard or too cold.nThen I was never scheduled to come back for any of my real concerns that I originally went in for. I never went in for cavities. I needed a cleaning and wisdom teeth removal. When I finally got ahold of someone and got an appointment I was never made aware that there was fees for cancelling. When I did have to reschedule due to a huge family emergency the receptionist was rude. I didn’t even have an attitude with her just told her that I should have been made aware of this fee before scheduling. She said I should never have scheduled in the first place and “you’ll receive a bill in the mail for 100 dollars bye”nDo not come here!!!

I waited for a bit and was rescheduled later that day but my dental hygienist was fantastic. It was worth the wait. I have never had a hygienist that is so thorough and detailed in her work. She checked the pocket depth of my gums and gave me tips on how to improve my gum health. You can tell that she truly enjoys her job. The office manager also waved the fluoride treatment for the inconvenience of having to reschedule me later that day. Everyone was very professional and I felt taken care of at the end of the day.
