I had to choose a star but if it was up to me id give none!!! This is a racist store. My son and I we're going to meet there and thank goodness he got there first or i would have had a fit for what happened. He was trying on shoes, plenty if i know him, when an employee instead of how can i help you, he comes out with better not steal nothing!!! I am so mad, im going to take this to another level. I just talked to the manager and i had no response. Like i was talking to myself. Like i told the manager, its 2020, as far i know, discrimination is still illegal. Will never shop there again.
Fast and easy, in & out.
I was in need of some shoes to better accommodate myself while constantly being on my feet and actually went over to Skechers first (That's a whole different review on them though..) but when I walked in, Heidi the Store Sales Manager was very welcoming to all customers. I explained what I was looking for specifically and she got me a few different brands and types to see which would best fit my personal needs. As well as told me which shoe brands had coupons if you had their Famous Footwear app for rewards, so that helped me save some money too.
Very good service. Can't find my size? they ordered and send it to me on time !
This place had an amazing sale. To top it off the representative Jessica made the visit so much better. She was so helpful and informative. She was always available to assist us and everyone else. The cashier Armina (not sure of spelling) was also very helpful and informative. It was great visit!
