Nice store, sort of like Payless Shoe Store.
The nicest employee, I think it was the manager. They helped me find a pair of shoes. The atmosphere was bright, clean and open. I would go back. I highly recommend the place because of the employees.ud83dudc9cud83dude09
Brand new management team, all very friendly and welcoming! Love my Naturalizer shoes too!
The associate who claims to be the store manager refused to check a shoe size for me claiming to know every shoe size in her store. She also refused to give me the customer service number and her name. She says she isn't allowed to give out that information. She is incredibly rude. How hard is it to check a size? Maybe you don't know everything. I had two pairs of shoes looking for a 3rd to purchase. Evidently, this store manager doesn't need the sales. I left the store without them.
