Having not been to the dentist in about 2 years, i was a little nervous going in. This all changed when i was greeted by the office manager Luis who is extremely helpful and even took the time to make sure i understood how my insurance worked. He was upfront and honest about everything from start to finish. It really shows how much they respect and care about their patients. Dr. Park is a fantastic dentist who shows care to his patients and he even related to me regarding my past experiences going to the dentist. He really took the time to explain my teeth in ways that made sense to me. Gisela was fantastic in explaining how what i eat and my habits directly affect my teeth and how to do better. She was very gentle in cleaning my teeth, which made my experience 100x better. Everyone at this location brings a positive energy and it really shows through how they work. I’ve found my primary dentist and i highly recommend you check them out!
Nice, clean , new place with friendly staff! Office manager, Luis, and Clerical assistant, Isabella, greeted me upon arrival and gave me the paperwork, since it was my first time there. Then, dental assistant Marcos, led me to the x-ray room and quickly took full set of x-rays. Dr. Park then reviewed them and noticed my fillings were worn. I was overdue for a cleaning because of COVID. Dr. Park took extra time working on removing the tartar build up on some of my teeth. Even though it was past the office's closing time, they worked on my teeth and stayed one hour over with me! Now that's great customer service! I felt welcome and was treated with care. I will definitely make this my new Dental office!
If you are afraid of going to the dentist like I am, let me reassure you, this place is the best decision you'll ever make. Not only are the staff super friendly, accommodating and professional, they treat you like family here. They are very thorough in everything they do and invest a lot of time and effort into making their patients as comfortable as possible. Luis, at the front desk, even offered me to use his back to sign documents when he forgot the clip board! How sweet and humble is that?!Definitely some down to earth people working here! They're caring, compassionate and really work with you. Additionally, Dr. Park was absolutely amazing! He was extremely gentle and always made sure I wasn't in any pain. I never felt so relaxed for a dental visit. I'm bringing my entire family here!
Had the best experience here!!! The staff was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming! I’m not normally excited to go to the dentist and for the first time I’m actually looking forward to coming back. With Covid I was concerned about dental visits but they did temperature checks at the door and made sure to take precautions so that everything was safe. I will be referring everyone here!
This was my first time at this office.nDr. Park is an Excellent Dentist, he showed concern and explained everything in detail, he has a natural caring personality and funny. He was thanking me for being a good patient when it was him making feel at ease and that I was being taken care of.nStaff was very polite and helpful as well they all explained in detail the order and the procedures that where going to be done. When it came time for payment I was offered options that will help feel less stressed and focus on my procedure.nThe office is new and very clean I got exited when I found out they were open and taking patients.
