I used to take care of a lady that lived here itwas a pretty quiet park
I love this mobile home park so much, I have made it my home. It took some time to finally get my home due to complications with escrow and the seller. Marilyn and Joey(park managers), really went over and above to make sure I got my home. This will be the last home I purchase, and it is my hope that one of my children will want to stay in the park, should something ever happen to me. I have wonderful neighbors who will do anything they can to help their neighbors. We are all family here. One of the things I like most about this park is that I only pay one bill a month. My rent and all my utilities are all in one. It is so easy.
I'm living here for the last 13 years and I love this place because it's a quiet and nice place.
I have friends who live here. They like it. It's a nice community, But they need to have more visitor parking.
Lived here since 2001. Many different property managers, which have not always been interested in their job, but reasonably safe. Pool is not open year round.
