The people there are friendly and very nice. They have group gatherings, pot locks, coffee clatches, etc. My in laws loved it there.
I think it was just a wonderful place to live and the mobile homes are all in good shape.
New owners took over a year ago made major changes raised rents took away all activities for seniors such as bingo. No feelings or concerns for people on social security. Thats why so many places are for sale
Beautiful senior mobile home park. Found a mobile we wanted, but Bob didn't get the paperwork to my realtor . So we didn't get the place we wanted.
