Do not come here. This is my third time coming to this specific location in Palm Desert and the workers are rude! If you are browned skin they won’t welcome you, and every question bothers them. I experienced it today again. When I walked in, the tall guy didn’t welcome me however the white lady behind me got welcomed and greeted! Need better customer service, I love buying shoes online for my daughter, mom, etc but rather go in person to pick out shoes for myself but never again to this location!

Last year, I picked up a pair of shoes that my friend in Canada ordered as she has a place here in La Quinta CC that I sold her and this year a doctor recommended a brand of tennis shoes for bad feet which I ordered online and picked up at DSW shoe store. The young girls at the front of the store were very friendly and helpful.
This store is fully stocked, Great variety, excellent prices and options to choose from.nThe place itself is very open and shoes are visible which it helps a lot to decide your favorites.nnVery clean and organized place and the staff are always friendly and willing to help
