The elderly lady at the front desk was not kind or helpful at all. It is not polite to follow your customers around, thinking they’ll steal something because of what they look like. This lady glared at my mother and I when we first walked into the store, and also when we left (which we did because we were uncomfortable).
The manager was gone in a lunch break for 2 hours. When he finally came back, he was not helpful at all. It is a shame on Burberry to have a manager so clueless like that. I buy from Burberry all the time, but this store does not show any appreciation or respect to their usual customers.
