I have gone in there since the reopening from the pandemic. The staff does not wear their mask properly the majority of the customers aren't wearing their mask. They lady didn't even greet me. she was standing behind the counter with her airpods in!! Everytime I go in there since they first reopened in November they have been extremely rude. Always on their cell phones. I will definitely not be shopping there again. Who knows if they are even cleaning and sanitizing to prevent the spread of covid19. They obviously dont following other safety rules.
The store at Westfield mall is the worst customer service ever. The manager with colored eyes dark hair is really rude to employees. Seems like a hostile environment.
Greeted immediately, helped me by being knowledgeable and suggestive. I was able to shop for my full birthday outfit in one store. Including shoes,jewelry and makeup. Left real happy and was able to catch real good sales on their items
I love this store the people are very helpful and friendly. I love the clothes and styles and prices. The shoes too! The only thing is they need to make their pants sizing a little more consistent but other then that they are super awesome!
Love that store! I never leave empty handed. The staff are very helpful and nice.
