Second time in two weeks I went in, had to track someone down just to get a “we don’t have that size” immediately without even looking. Showed the lady online it said they were in stock and she finally went to look. Today, Stood there for 16 minutes while the coworkers flirted and laughed together on the side where the back is visible. Walked out and spent my $$$ at champs. Get new team members. I will take my business elsewhere.
Melissa is AWESOME!!nShe is always friendly and happy. Even though my family does not come in very often,she always remembers us, she makes us feel welcomed and compfterble. We recently had an issue with a pair of shoes and she helped us find a solution quickly. No run-around, excuses, or fake apologies. She went above and beyond to help us out. She definitely made a loyal customer out of me I will be buying more shoes from her, and this location, for sure.
