Dr. Daddio and Dr. Kim Dental Group

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Kim and his staff! I needed a veneer replaced after it broke off and fell down the drain. Crystal with the front desk was so helpful and made sure to get me in for an appointment as soon as they could. Dr. Kim was very professional as well as his assistants and they all made me feel comfortable. They did a wonderful job. I am glad I made an appointment with them and look forward to going back to them for future dental care.

Both Dr. Daddio and Dr. Kim, dentists at this office are awesome, I am comfortable using either dentist. The front desk fit me in when my crown broke. i am so happy to have finally found a great dentist

My initial contact with Dr. Daddio and his team was my phone call to the receptionist. She was cheerful, enthusiastic, and most helpful in getting me in. She actually followed through on sending out my paperwork in advance which other clinics have failed to do. Today, I went to the clinic where the receptionist and one of the hygienists greeted me warmly into the clean, modern Italian styled office. It was but a few minutes when I was taken back for my X-ray series. The tech was wonderful, kind, and quite amicable. This is the first time in decades that I have not had the upper roof of my mouth made to feel like it was splitting into sections when the sensors were arranged in my mouth. Shortly thereafter, the doctor arrived and now I understand why his staff is so enchanting. They mimic his professional demeanor! He was most thorough, gentle, and made some excellent recommendations for treating my teeth. As luck would have it, there was a cancellation for the hygienist, so I was wisked away into another room for my cleaning. Heidi was terrific! We chatted all along the process, and this is the first time in many years that I have not felt like I was being water boarded during my treatment. She was encouraging, answered my many questions, and now wants to find a name for the new vacuum system they use in the practice. Once done, I was escorted up to the front where another kind lady explained my treatment plan, its costs, and ways to finance it if needed. She made my follow up appointment which I will keep for sure because this is one fine professional practice that starts with the all important first greeting and then continues through every one of the levels of professional yet personable delivery of top quality services by obviously caring individual practictioners.

I recently found this wonderful office, I had some dental work done a few days ago and I'm so impressed already that I have to let everyone know what a treasure Dr. Kim is, he was so gentle and kept asking me if I was ok, his staff is also amazing, one of his assistant's is Cassandra who helped with my surgery, she is also so kind and knows how to make a patient feel calm, and let me not forget about Krystal, she is the reason I made an appointment, I had called to ask some questions, she took her time and answered them and was so kind, I'm very impressed by my whole experience here and I'm happy to say I will never go anyplace else.

Best cleaning I have ever had. The staff is professional and both doctors are very knowledgeable. No up-sale pressure no-nonsense, just good dental care.
