Our entire family only goes to doc Hart. Reason is, he treats us like family from the moment we walked in we are treated with professionalism compassion and respect. Yesterday I was afraid, I had infection in my mouth doc Hart put me at ease and gracefully pulled 4 teeth, placed 6 crowns and did 2 root canals. I've never been able to smile in my life until now...in tears right now with how beautiful my smile is. Plus he probably saved my life because of the infection thank you so much Doc Hart! I am eternally grateful. ud83dude4f

My first visit I waited WELL past the appointment time before being seen. Front desk did not apologize or even tell me why I was waiting until I went up and asked WELL after my appointment time. I waited over an HOUR past my appointment time to be seen. Dr Hart was rude and unprofessional. He griped at and about staff (current and former) in front of patients. When I was finally seen after my x-rays he spent all of maybe 2 minutes if that looking in my mouth. Rattled off a few dental terms to his assistant and asked me a question and left.nnI went ahead and scheduled a 2nd appointment thinking he had a bad day and also didn’t want to pay extra to go to another dentist with my dental insurance.nnMy next appointment was yet again a long wait. When finally seen for what I thought was going to be a cleaning and a filling, ended up being just a filling. Not what I was told when I booked the appointment. I waited alone in a room for a long time. Dr Hart came in and gave me Novocain, once numb he filled my tooth.nnAfter the Novocain wore off I was in horrible pain. He had the dental drill against my tongue causing a wound. I still am in pain several weeks later. I went to another dentist and the way he did my filling has actually caused the root of my tooth to begin to die.nnThis dentist is horrible. Should not be in practice. Do not go here. I now have to have extractions and more fillings.

My fiance went to Dr. Hart, whom he did not meet until the 3rd visit and he tooth was damaged from the person the visit prior filling his tooth. He went in for an issue with a tooth on the left side of his mouth (which does need a root canal), they said he needed 3 fillings on the right side where he had no pain, and they cracked a tooth (which shows in the 1st x-ray that there was not a crack, and new doctor/new x ray there is a huge crack and he is in so much pain he can barely eat. Do not go here, and they are RUDE!
