Excellent fun tour of downtown Sacramento. A bit of history, fun stories, tidbits of knowledge and great food. Dawnie, one of the owners was amazing and a fantastic tour guide!

Local Roots Food Tour is a great tour!nOur move to Sacramento is definitely enhanced with what we learned on this tour. Our guide, Dawnie, is knowledgeable, very friendly, and a bundle of wonderful energy. Her enthusiasm and pride for this city is a 10 of 10. The food and drink that we experienced were all excellent.nA great afternoon, and a we highly recommended this tour as way to spend a fun afternoon in Sacramento. Cheers!

The food tour was better than excellent. Our tour guide, Dawnie, shared a wealth of historical information in a fun and very enthusiastic way. We were served the best of the best on this progressive walking food tour. The walk to the various restaurants and sweet treats was easy. All the food and sweets were both delicious and delightful. I highly recommend the Local Roots Food Tours. Don't miss it!
