The best welcome center by far out of all I have visited in California. They helped answer all my questions. I was very pleased and left with a handful of paperwork. With maps.
Strange place!!? Much space taken up with brochures encouraging you to go elsewhere. Go figure! Still they have information on local stuff if you ask.
The woman who helped us was the five star of this! We will be back to Auburn for sure now as we were just passing through today.
Friendly volunteers are available to give information on local sites & events. A good place for locals to visit as well.
