Never returned my call...spoke with someone last Tuesday about a trip I wanted to book. He said someone would call me back by last Friday. Haven't heard from anyone. Booked my trip with another agency.
I worked with Jeff on a multi stop trip to see my son graduate from army bootcamp. He had 3 different flights, and 2 different car rentals, and a hotel reservation figured out and booked for me in less than a hour. Took the stress off me of having to try and coordinate it all and find good prices. I would recommend them for all your traveling, for fun or business.
The employee that helped me was genuinely nice and welcoming
We just returned from a trip to Australia and New Zealand chaperoned by Micki King from Roseville Travel. The trip was great, hitting almost all of the places we had thought to go and other we hadn’t but we are now glad we did. We have to give Micki special kudos though for hunting down a piece of our luggage that went missing, without her help I’m not sure we would have gotten it back in time to not spoil the rest of the trip.
Micki has been helping us with a cruise. She really is amazing!
