We went in looking for steel-toed boots and found exactly what we needed. They offer great customer service and a wide range of shoes, along with other things that will fit your needs.
Joe's ended a 3 year search for shoes my husband could wear. He has been crippled since birth. Finding shoes has been a constant struggle his whole life. As he gets older it becomes harder to find a pair he can wear that doesn't make his feet hurt more than they already do. To make it worse he must have shoes on to even walk at all. The man at the store didn't give up on him as he tried on dozens of pairs. Listening to our needs and knowing his products, he was amazing. I tell you we have been through it these last 3 years and the pain he has had to endure has been....We cried from relief of a horrible situation. Thank you thank you thank you. You will never know how much you did for us today. We are so grateful and will be a customer forever.
Went in for some work boots and walked out with a great experience. Bought some great boots for work but the best thing was the great customer service. Joe has great selection of boots and work clothes. The Elk Grove store is much bigger but this store still has a large selection to chose from. Will definitely will be back next time for my next pair.
