Huge space but low inventory. No restroom available. Accessories' staff was very responsive and helpful.
I ordered a blouse, never received it, Saks told me to file a claim, i did, its been 3 weeks, and customer service told me that they can not credit me back the money I lost yet, the claim is still being processed, $105.00. Im so mad that it's taking way tooooo long. I will never purchase from them again. I would have chosen NO STARS, but that is not an option.
Katie and the rest of the staff are amazing
Horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong order, and ignoring my emails to correct it. I'm going to take it back to the store and not buy anything else from them. They obviously don't appreciate the customers who keep their business going.
I will never ever ever return..Terrible service.
