After having a not so great experience, we were contacted by the distract manager who went well out of his way to go above and beyond to rectify the previous experience. Drew is the distract manager and has the best customer service I've ever experienced and went well out of his way to make it right. Very kind and understanding gentleman. Made my wife and I feel undoubtedly better. Thank you Drew so very much for the exceptional care you gave to my wife and I. I'll be returning to shop there. Customer for life.

Great selection of brands, vans, AddiAs, puma, uggs, doc martens and more, good sale prices, good coupons in the mail. Last time I was there this sales associate Sierra was so nice, patient and accommodating, I loved the sealer, she recommended for my suede shoes. A++++

Bought a pair of shoes here over the weekend, they were a bit small but still were capable of wearing. Came back three days later after giving more thought into it and ordering a different size online, the guy REMEMBERED me and even asked about the shoes I was returning.nnIn the beginning process of trying to return a different associate of there's helped me and asked for my name, email and phone number. Then asked for the receipt and said I got it emailed.... to find out I NEVER got the email of my receipt (searched for it and looked in my spam file). They weren't able to pull up my purchase or use my debt card to find the transaction, pretty much i was stuck with a pair of shoes that I had already gotten a size that fit me better.nI've worked at many retail places and other areas in which customers are important and this experience made this company lose a customer. Do not ever get your receipt emailed because you won't get it, and if you're thinking of returning something here don't waste your time.nnIf you're looking to purchase something go for it because they'll do whatever they can to help you but that's the only time they'll ever be helpful.
