I'm a tweener..somewhere between tall and short, not obese but not rail thin. Torrid clothes fit me well. Their customer service is always great. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.nI love visiting the store!
Excellent employees. Emma was so helpful and nice when I called inquiring about a blouse I had seen in the store but couldn’t find online. She went through the trouble of finding the top in my size based off my description and picked out an adorable pair of underwear for me so that I could use my Torrid cash. Then brought it all out to the pick up zone!nThis location has always been immaculate and well stocked. Definitely worth your time to shop there when it reopens to the public.
Love this store, it's clean and the employee's are very helpful and friendly, I recommend this store for sure.
Friendly staff great place to find plus sized clothes
Generally Torrid is great, helpful staff, cute clothes. Little procy but its at the galleria so its expected. Currently though I've been waiting 15 minutes just to go inside because of Covid Precautions. They have a limit on the number of people that can be inside, and it just kinda sucks to see a family of 5 enter just to follow after mom/wife ud83dude13nShout out though to the people just having their husband watch the kids. Mvps
