honestly i’ve never had a problem here until today, came in barely any people was approached by the guy in the glasses and he was very nice and professional asked if i needed help and i told him not at the moment. However, when i did need help i went to another man with short hair and tattoos, he’s a joke lol. Asked him for a shoe and told me there weren’t any half sizes i said ok give me a whole number then said ok then left... he never came back.. instead he just left and helped others, folded clothes and walked around... when asked about the shoes he ignored me, thankfully i got helped by the man with the glasses. I know if i said wElL i Am nEvEr cOmInG bAcK they aren’t gonna care but i just wanted to let people know that customer service there is just going down hill just like their range of stuff there.

Murtada the Manager was extremely helpful in taking care of his customers. I ordered some shoes 3 weeks ago and they never came. So I was given a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. Also good selection and sales!
