I've had physical therapy before in the past. I never seemed to benefit much. Also the environment was always too open. I appreciated the rooms where I had some personal space to participate with the therapist. Jessica was amazing! She and everyone else that I interacted with were so involved in my progress during the time I had physical therapy. My issue definitely improved during my time at Performance Physical Therapy. I also came away with a lot of helpful information to continue my improvement at home. This was time well spent!

Kristy is an exceptional physical therapist. Her demeanor and professionalism is second to none. She is always trying to find better ways for me to increase flexibility and increase strength; always taking the extra time to explain muscles and how the body works in a way that is easy to understand. I’m treated in a way that makes my rehab feel both cared for and important. Katie always goes the extra mile to print out all my appointments and works hard to ensure my referrals and billing is taken care of expeditiously. Her kind and professional attitude makes me feel welcomed the moment I enter the facility. The entire staff has done well to implement the safety protocols for COVID-19 so that I can complete my physical therapy in a safe environment. - Kenny

Performance Physical Therapy in Roseville have amazing therapists who genuinely care about each and every person who comes through the doors. I have been going there for a little over 5 months and have never been greeted with anything other than kindness and smiles. The exercise equipment is cleaned after every single use, the building, office and consultation rooms are neat and orderly. I am very happy with the physical therapy I have been receiving at Performance Physical Therapy, Roseville. The staff are friendly, polite, attentive, and very competent. I am receiving physical therapy for my shoulders both of which were seriously injured and underwent surgery. The staff are very careful in assigning my exercises, monitoring my performance and my progress, and using a range of techniques to increase the range of motion and strength of my shoulders. I am very pleased; they live up to the ideal of improving performance through physical therapy.

The staff at Performance PT Roseville are amazing! They're very friendly and have helped so much with my recovery. I can be lazy at times ( who isn't thought?) but Adrien made me feel comfortable and confident with the whole process and makes me want to push myself to get stronger. I'm so glad I chose Performance to help me get back to normal life.
