Arora Periodontics

Placed an implant for my Husband today. Great experience. Only had to take pain pill. Would recommend the office to everyone.

I genuinely want to thank Dr Arora & the entire Staff for their very friendly & professional office environment. They all made me feel very comfortable while having my procedure done. I’m from Placerville which is about an hour drive & they accommodated my scheduling to come in each time & even showed me a shorter driving route after my initial visit. Amazing office; clean, comfortable, state of the art, welcoming environment. Dr. Arora and his staff are super professional and very caring. Would highly recommend this office to anyone. My Dad was seen last minute for an emergency; was taken care of in a timely manner and without any problems. Dr Arora even worked through his lunch to accommodate!

Not only is Dr. Arora is very caring and accommodating, he is also patient and takes time to explain and answer your questions. Most importantly, he is very honest. He will NOT charge for treatments that he thinks are unnecessary. I am the type that likes to get a second opinion. I got sent to Dr. Arora by my dentist because he said I need a periodontist. I saw Dr. Arora the first time and he explained the details and procedures. However, I am the type that likes to get a second opinion. So, I went got a second opinion from another dentist. His website listed that his office can do implants, the whole nine yards. At least that was my impression, based on his website. My thought, cool !!! Maybe I do not need a periodontist. Well, after the initial exam, he told me that I will need a periodontist and his office will not be able to do the implant. He recommended a periodontist. His office even called the periodontist’s office and I was immediately told I need a scan. It will cost $350 and the insurance does not cover it. So, I figured , well it is what it is. I called the periodontist and was told the next available schedule was in three months. I was thinking, WOW, three months for the next schedule, he must be really good and in demand uf04anAnyway, the lesson after two general dentists, is I do need a periodontist. But I will NOT wait three months for an appointment. I went ahead and made a schedule with Dr. Arora and was immediately scheduled and I am so glad I did. One of the BEST decisions I made !!!!!nThis time I pretty much know what I need. I ask if I need a scan and also told him that the two general dentists indicated that my sinus floor needs to be raised. Dr. Arora, said he’ll see if I need scan when he starts the procedure and if he really needs to raise the sinus floor. He was pretty upfront and informed me that if I do, it will cost a little more . Well, it turned out, I do not need a scan nor does he need to raise the sinus floot. He saved me $350 on the scan. We never got around to the cost of sinus issue because it turned out I do not need one. Just like what I mentioned before, he is very HONEST.nHis office is staffed by three wonderful ladies. They are the most efficient staffs I've ever. They just take care of all your needs from making sure you have the accurate charges to ordering your prescription. Malena even went out of her way to check on my insurance when I thought my general dentist staff gave me the incorrect info. Debbie ordered double checked if got my prescription. They are always happy to help anyway they can.
