The staff and Mr. Chan were friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. I had my teeth worked on and then sent our daughter (5) in to get her teeth worked on. They performed x-rays and determined she needed a couple of fillings and possibly a baby root canal. We scheduled another appointment to get one side taken care of. At first everything seemed fine so we got the other side completed as well. About a week later our daughter started to complain of pain. We noticed a couple of soars starting to form up by her teeth she had worked on. We took her back in and found out they had been infected. Mr. Chan then scheduled her another appointment so he could fix it as he did not perform the proper procedure the first time. She went back in and had it done all over again. Another couple months go by and she has the infection back again on both teeth. We took her to a different dentist to get a second opinion and were informed that both of the teeth have now died and had to be removed. We would then need to get spacers inserted to keep the teeth properly spaced due to her age. They also informed us that due to them already working on these teeth that the insurance would not cover the work that would need to be completed. We called into to Mr. Chan's office to try and get a refund or some sort of help to get this done as the teeth could have been saved if he would have done the proper procedure or referred us to someone who could have done it properly. They told us there is nothing they can do and that it wasn't their fault. I understand that things happen but this went on way to long. My daughter now has to go through more pain and fear and we now do not have the ability to have our insurance help us cover the cost. I would not recommend this dentist especially for any younger patients. They made their money so now they no longer have a care or worry.

Dr. Chan is wonderful!!! Had 4 crowns done and was completely painless. He was fast, accurate, and the crowns he created were a masterpiece having matched my other teeth perfectly. The Dr. and his staff were very kind and professional and he has a customer for life.
