Staff was nice very friendly. my DA took great care of me and i didn't wait long at all for the doc to come in. They explained everything they were doing before just poking me in the mouth. They also took pandemic precautions, such as social distancing, washing hands, and wiping down doors. Definitely coming back for my treatment coming up.

They did such an amazing job and made me feel comfortable ud83dudc97 I personally think everyone should go here. Very professional, friendly and caring.

I have stayed away from the dentist for many years due to a horrible experience with the last person I saw. I was having some immediate issues and was able to get an appointment quickly. From the front office staff, the hygienist, to the dentist, these people were amazing! Friendly, sensitive, thorough, and very cost effective. I highly recommend them!

The only reason why I'm not giving one star is because I like the staff and how they treated me.nMy experience with them started with a check up and x-rays and cleaning. I knew that I was going to need work done on my teeth and they were very good about prioritizing what needed immediate care and working with me and my insurance to make it as cheap as possible. I really appreciate them doing this. The dental assistants were awesome and always nice and so was the dentist. I would recommend going here for basic cleanings though and that's it. I was told I needed a root canal and the dentist prescribed me amoxicillin 500mg x 3 a day for a week. I came back after taking the medication as prescribed and the dentist attempted to numb me and was not successful. I was told the infection was still present and that is why I wouldn't get numb.... Okay so I believed her since she was the expert.. she then prescribed me another antibiotic keflex 500mg x 3 a day for a week. I came back a week later and she failed to get me numb again. They had to refer me out to a specialist and thank God I was able to get a same day appointment. The specialist gave me two shots in the correct place and performed the root canal in an hour and a half no problem.nI was on antibiotics for 2 weeks when in reality I maybe need one week max and I'm not happy about how long this whole situation turned out and the damage the unnecessary antibiotics did to me. I don't believe this dentist should be performing root canals and if you're going to need to get one, ask them to refer you out to someone who knows what they are doing. I'm very reluctant on going back to get crowns or fillings now or anything that will require the dentist to poke around my mouth unsuccessfully again. I'm just glad I wasn't charged for the two failed attempts and my insurance covered the specialist in full.

I have been going to Roseville family dental for over 20 years, the last few years it has really gone down hill on quality. Today was the worst cleaning I've ever had. It was quick though, in and out in under 30 minutes. I will NOT be going back.
