I usually recommend this Pharmacy, but today was told a scrip sent in yesterday would still not be ready for half an hour.nnThe first lady told me it was because the med was not able to be refilled. (Which I informed her that it was a new scrip FOR THAT REASON.)nThe second trip through, a different lady said that it was my insurance that wouldn't approve it. (Which I know is a lie as it was pre-approved before we came in to pick up)nnHope this was just an off day for them ud83dude41

best pharmacy around fast and friendly all other pharmacys take hrs sometimes this pharmacy always takes less then 15 mins the time it should take to fill a script great job guys keep up the good work

The staff is friendly and the pharmacist are knowledgeable but I find that even when I call ahead to get my prescriptions ordered and ready ahead of time it is not successful. I called ahead and gave 5 business days even telling the pharmacy technician when I would be by to pick up the prescriptions and confirming this would be enough time to order anything necessary however when I came in today I had to wait for 30 minutes and one of my prescriptions is not in yet. I would think 5 business days should be sufficient.

Honestly this is the best pharmacy in Mount Vernon. The staff is friendly and very very helpful. The owner goes the extra mile to help you find assistance programs with the pharmaceutical companies. You couldn't ask for better service and staff than at this pharmacy.

Its a good little pharmacy alot less strethan going somewhere like walmart plus the spend time explaining to you whatever info you may need that extra mile they giv puts them at 5 stars for me and i never usually do 5 stars
