Called ahead to ask about walk in for a vaccine, they said yes just takes a few minutes. We got here, spoke to them, did the paperwork, they said 5 maybe 10 minutes. Half hour later, we finally get called to pay, they said just a fee minutes. Took another 20 minutes!!! Don't tell people 5 to 10 minutes when it really takes almost an hour!!!
