Well, this was a true learning experience. Handed my earring posts to owner for a simple job. Never saw them again! Goodbye handmade vintage platinum earring findings, with a heart design. Given to me by my husband after a family tragedy. Unbelievably I was told I didn't recognize them as they had been polished and cleaned.nThis has been a truly disappointing and frustrating experience. I've dealt with jewelers for years, buying, selling and designing my own pieces. Never saw this coming and you simply CANNOT force someone to admit or return your item.nI wasted 6 trips at least speaking with owners, now I will move on and try to renew my faith in others.

Got my watch sized a few minutes ago and it was a great experience. Everyone was nice and good/fast work was done. Also, it seems they are handling the covid situation rather well. Definitely will come back.
