I had a fairly long and very enlightening conversation with Mark Osborn, their gemologist. I was looking to get some help with getting an appraisal of a diamond ring that had belonged to my grandmother. He was very knowledgeable and asked me specific questions in order to guide me so that I could make and informed decision about selling said ring. Highly recommend him for any assistance you might need when determining the value of any piece of jewelry.

I had a couple of diamonds that I wanted to sell and I didn't know how to go about doing it so I started by contacting Warren Jewelers. Mark and Rachel were very pleasant to work with. Mark spent so much time with me explaining the grading and certification of diamonds. He gave me great advice and provided me with contacts and notes to proceed with to get the best price. You can't get any better service than that! I'm very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend Warren Jewelers.

The gemologists are knowledgeable, welcoming and creative. They listen to your ideas and guide you for that perfect piece that best fits your budget and vision. Stephanie and Mark are my go to people when I want something done right.
