My car got broken into last night and woke up to a shattered front passenger door window. I called Blue star they were here in an hour and even cleaned up the broken glass in the car! Thank you so much!

Great service. Our company vehicle was broken into over the 4th of July weekend. George was quick to respond and was able to meet my tech to replace the shattered window. He also came to our office and took care of a couple of chips on our personal vehicle windshields. Highly recommend.

George was actually early for the appointment, which was fine by me, and when he said it would be done in a half hour, it was done in that time frame. He was very polite and professional, as well as his helper. I hope that I don’t have to have my windshield replaced again, but if so I know who to call. I would highly recommend George.

So rude! I called asking for a quote he said to write a email with the vin # so I tried searching the email I couldn’t find it so I gave him another call. He answered super rude saying “ I already got a call about this car” and told me to send an email. I explained I couldn’t find it and he gave me the email super rude & fast I didn’t have time to write it down. I told him to give me a second and he hung up. These people must not like money. Oh wellnnUpdate since I can’t reply.nVery professional reply. ( sarcasm)nI probably called 3 times at most the first time my boyfriend called, the second time I called since I couldn’t find the email and the third after you hung up rudely. No way I would call 7 times. I would definitely not beg anyone if I have to pay them obviously. So on top of that lying about that. And arguing with what could of been a client over a review. That’s pretty funny . No one is trying to ruin your bussiness I don’t even know you that’s the only weird thing here. It’s called feedback and if you own a bussiness it’s what you receive to improve on your bussiness. Obviously. I strongly suggest you work on customer service skills it will definitely help your bussiness and thank you for taking the time to respond. Next time don’t get mad when someone is trying to help your bussiness, after all without your clients your bussiness is nothing. Thank you and have a great day your welcome on the feedback(:

The technician was very affordable and personable. He came to me at no extra charge and fixed my windshield in a little less than 45 minutes. He even let us know that the street sweepers were coming so we didn’t get a ticket for our other car! Five star service for sure.
