They scheduled me in to drop off my car for repairs and no one was at this location i called several times and no one was there.
I brought my car here based on the reviews but they gave me a low estimate on my car, (probably to save the insurance money) and did not fix my car properly, they were suppose to fix the passenger door, fender, and front bumper. They only fixed the door, and left some damage on my front bumper, there were noticeable gaps on my car, the speaker in the door was not working and the repair guy told me it was, when it clearly wasn't, another older repair man apologize to me and took my car back, they repair the speaker they miswired, but my car still has gaps and the front bumper, fender was not fixed, really untrustworthy company
We brought two of our cars in for some work, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. Kept us up to date on progress, and finished on time, as expected.
The best service from the moment I walked through the door. Staff is there for you! I didn't have to do a thing, as everything was taken care of by them..From a rental car waiting for me, and a quick turn-around in fixing my car..Have recommended 4 friends so far and about to recommend another..This is a worry free establishment.
There is a very good team working at this Service King location. I chose to bring my car here for repairs based on the higher reviews and it's clear why they are rated so well.
