I originally placed my order online after doing three hours research for my new tires. I thought I had made a good decision. After I contacted Andy the manager in Huntington Beach at auto park location, he offered me his professional opinion for the best tire, based on my needs and expectations. I’m so glad he took the time to help me out. He went over all the pros & cons and I would have been severely disappointed with the performance & tread life on the tires I selected on line. The service from the entire staff was excellent, very speedy but on point! I am a single female that handles all of my own business, so I truly appreciate when a vendor takes the extra time with my questions.nI definitely will be recommending Huntington Beach American Tire Depot (Autopark location) To my friends & coworkers. Andy and crew were amazing. Andy took the time from my first call to walk me thru the process and my options. He gave me great advise and helped me make a great selection on tires. Did not feel pressured in any way. My Tacoma looks amazing thanks to Andy’s guidance. Would highly recommend them for all your needs. Price was excellent too. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Went for a leaky tire issue and was in and out with friendly service. Andy and Alan are good people and very fair. They explained I had two nails in two tires and fixed them quickly. My car no longer has any issues.nnI had the chance to talk to Andy while the work was being done and he said his priority is always fairness and respect. I will be coming back anytime I have car issues and would recommend them to anyone.

First time customer and pleasantly impressed, the Manager Andy, extremely personable and professional. He explained in detail exactly what work was required in direct comparison to a dealership diagnosis. American Tire Depot in Huntington Beach just gained a life customer! Shout out to Alan for timely drop off and pick up!

I've being here for years now, thanks for bringing Andy to the front desk!nBefore my last visit I was very disappointed by the attention given to me by Jake, even though I was changing 4 tires, so deleted my previous 5 review.nThen I had a nail on my tire and for my surprise Andy took care of me, being very attentive.nNow I'm changing my wife's car tires, so it's deserved to give you guys back 5 stars! Thank you and keep up the great service!n..... updating ..... now just changed the whole set of my and I'm glad Andy is keeping up the great service, especially in the tough times we're living!nThank you Andy and your team!
