Alex install a new water heater for us yesterday! Joe and Collin came in and jetted out my kitchen line. They did an amazing job and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Once they pulled out the drain camera to solidify their work I was sold! Thanks guys!
Eric and Joe are great at their job and at explaining what and how they are doing their job. I am confident in their professionalism. I recommend them for emergencies as well.nThey both work Sunday which rescued me and a house full of teenage girls with sewage problems at the beach. Sand Sewage Sunday was rescued by Rescue Rooter! The technicians who came, Homer and Joe, displayed excellent customer service skills. They explained everything, allowed me to observe, and taught me some things about my property that I hadn’t known. They were much better than previous service I’d had with a more well-known company. I will definitely use them again — although I hope to never have to!!
